This is my proof of concept test for a modified version of the cloth piping diy mod. I replaced the cloth cord with aqua blue el wire to see how bright it would still be. I know some people have used el wire before for their abl and there was some talk of doing it with piping, but I never seen any follow ups. This el wire, from frys, isn't the brightest aqua blue on the market either so it can be brighter. Also, I will probably use red piping once I find the right color red. I had some red cloth laying around and the el wire shinned through a lot brighter without any color change. Hopefully I'll get this all together in the next couple weeks.
