I have the same mods you have minus the exhaust work and my car is making 15 lbs of boost. I cant remember the technical terms for the adjustment, but I will do my best to describe it , and then I am sure someone else on here will be able to better clarify it for you. So it is an adjustment you can do to the stop screw positioning plate that allows the air going into the supercharge not to bleed by. It is a 5 minute adjustment and you will almost certainly pick up around 2-3 lbs of boost. I went from 12-13 to 15. look into it, it sounds like your factory setting has a little more play in it. glta
