Also, I've found that if you ARE going to get an offer to pop up, it will do so within the first 10 or so refreshes... a couple times I sat there hitting refresh like 20x and gave up then did a 'cookie cleaning', came back and pow!

Hey there, yeah i've been doing all those things. I have my pop-up blocker off for both Chrome and IE, and I have been getting the "request a quote" popup, but that's it. Just no luck with the private offer. This is bumming me out. Oh well, too late I guess. I'm probably going in tomorrow (28th) to do the paperwork to at least lock in the $500 consumer cash back. The private offer would've been nice, but it's obviously not a deal-breaker. Thanks guys for the tips though, if only they'd work!
