How old are you? The only reason I ask is you seem to be a little intimidated by the sales or service guys. I am NOT poking fun. Another reason I ask is if you are younger the sales guy will try to b.s , the wheels and tires that came off the car are rightfully yours. If you're scared or whatever take someone with you that will fight for your stuff. Like stated previously they are stealing from you ask to speak to the owner of the dealership, call gm customer service. There are several GM reps on here.
