Rod knock...
I make a bit of heat under the hood and run the vents without trays.... Sitting at a light, I can see the heat waves rising out of the vents.... take em off.... wont hurt a thing... and you will relieve more heat without them... I also removed the engine cover, and the intake manifold cover...
