Before you even register go get the saftey inspection, they will only issue you a 30 day temp tag until this is complete.

Saftey inspection can be a pain in the ass, they do look at cats and if they are not present they may not pass it. I would ask around your shop when you get here for a decent inspection station.

Emissions is a joke. I had a DD integra that had some retard exhaust on it from the previous onwer, and had bad O2 sensors, i had a engine light, so i diconnected the battery in the walmart near the station, walked inside, came out, reconnected it and droved to the inspection station. Passed with flying colors and the light came back on 10 mins later lol.

You will have no issues with emissions.
