Lowering springs lower your instant center, which will always lower traction .
Wheel hop is produced by a lack of traction.

If you arent cutting at least a 1.5x 60 foot time, your comments on lowering springs increasing traction are irrelevant, as you arent remotely close to pushing the chassis.
