As long as it has the same factory bolt locations as the stock hood, I don't see why it wouldn't. Being fiberglass it's a good idea to reinforce where the front hinge plate and the side struts mount to on the hood with some steel to ensure no cracking of the fiberglass under stress of high winds or somebody being too excited opening or closing it. We did one without reinforcing, and it's been fine so far, but probably not the best idea.
