We have trucks just about twice the size as that one! The main law that people have to abide it the height of the headlights. I think it is around no taller than 52 inches and no lower than something like 20... So, as far as I know and was taught, you could lift a truck just about as high as you wanted, but you just had to pay attn to the headlights.
Exhaust is pretty much standard. You must have it in legal emissions standars. In other words, you have to have cats and mufflers. That's a ticket there. Then, if the sound is loud enough (can't remember the db levels) that can mean a citation as well. Shake my car and that's good enough for me.
