Same thing happened to a friend of mine and his SRT4. He even went to dodge and got documentation saying it is stock, and still got the ticket in court. The judges exact words were, "Dodge shouldn't have put out such a loud car." Basically if you have anything other than stock, or if stock is remotely loud, you're getting a ticket.
