Im confused here, you want the carbon fiber hood but then you want the carbon fiber NS-3 stripes to lay on top? Those "rally stripes" are not actually on that car. They are cut out of the carbon fiber vinyl that reveal the color of the car underneath making it look like it has rally stripes. you would be just covering up the carbon fiber hood with carbon fiber vinyl..
