Imagine if each one of those recaps you see that came off it's tire were say another car part.
Ok imagine all those recaps are tail lamps bits and pieces. Don't you think the DOT would have punished the manufactures for the damages and deaths?
Tire repair facilitys will continue to put the motoring public in danger until they become financially responsible for all the mele they cause.
