This may be dated because the 2010 models are getting new architecture. In the past the only thing they see is that the PCM was "accessed" not why (if the tune is removed). It could be a code reader or an emissions test station, that accessed it not necessarily a tuner. Of coarse if you do it a lot then it looks suspicious.
