You will probably have to paint them yourself. There are some paints that work well on rubber. Lerger wheels are put on so larger brakes can be used. The size of the rotor and thickness of the calipers will dictate the smallest wheel you can use. 18" is probably the smallest size that will clear the brakes, but nobody will know for sure until cars hit the streets.
