Hey RS...How do you know they are not on? Have you actually checked while you are driving by looking for the reflection from the rear of another car? Or do you check by putting your car in neutral (or park) with the parkng brake set, and walking to the front of the car? I know this sounds odd, but with 2012 model year, when the parking brake is set, the DRLs turn off! Hope this helps.
