I don't think your time is all that bad for only 6 psi, conservative tune and stock torque converter. Might pick up just a little with another run but not much.

You mentioned ZL1 plugs. If you are still on stock plugs you need to change those out before running again. Why don't you put in the ADM FPCM, ZL1 plugs (I suggest the Denso IT-22's), pulley down to about 8 psi, ID 850's (if you need them, not sure of your current injectors)then the SCT and have Ted tune it in before going to the track again? Consider that drag alignment too, you might need it to hook all that power. Then down the road when you want more go with a 2800 to 3200 stall converter.
