I agree with Tommy the Cat. Since you have a v6 the best bet is to probably get he covers. I know yes they don't compare to the look of actual painted calipers. But since the v6 brakes are smaller than the SS or other brands of brakes I would say it's not really worth it. Unless you want brembo or... So on. But the stock brakes stop the v6 just enough unless you plan on more power. If you do paint them they may look dinky. I saw a silverado in a parking lot with huge 22 or 24 inch rims and had these tiny dark red brake calipers. I chose the covers for that reason. I paid $400 for all four, for that price...To me it had to be WORTH IT!!! What you could do is just have them paint just one and see then.
