What? You don't have to be chemically dependent to be hooked onto something. Some people bite their nails or fiddle with their hair or eat their boogers (ewe)
well, there may be a chemical in those boogers... Some folks are work-a-holics or are compulsive etc... Pornography is a type of psychological dependency. This sort of thing occupies their thoughts and they feel a psychological as well as physical "need" to gratify themselves with something that ultimately never satisfies.
In some cases it's taken to the extreme as Ted Bundy has shown. Before Mr. Bundy began killing, he admitted to first finding and looking at pornography when he was younger. He stated that, while pornography didn't cause him to commit murder, the consumption of violent pornography helped "shape and mold" his violence into "behavior too terrible to describe".

Let's call this person... Bob. Knowing it's against company policy and that Betty, the receptionist, may not be "down" with the idea; Bob decides against placing an order for an in office "lap dance" with the local escort service. So what's that prove? If someone's checkin' out porn online, they most likely would prefer to
not make their activities known to the rest of the office.
