I would only worry about plugs with forced induction, and that's only to play with gaps and temp ranges. Most of the crap they sell as "performance" is really just that...CRAP! If you are doing a track day you might run some copper plugs 1 heat range colder to fight knock, but it's not for horsepower gains. On the street that wouldn't make sense.
