that is weird. There is the possibility that he sent it and could of got irritated with the messages but if that's the case he is stupid for conducting business like that.
I hope it works out man.
If it doesn't turn up in the next week, let him know you are opening a case against him thru PayPal. You will get your money back if he doesn't fight it.
Also expose him so others know not to buy from him.
