Who installed the Pioneer system? You should take it back to him. The dealership cant be expected to know anything about a non OEM part or accessory. If they call GM Technical assistance for help, the first thing they will say is put it back to stock. The dealership has no Pioneer information.

$110 vs $25, the dealer has additional expenses beyond labor such as the property expense, part inventory, training etc.
