Did you ever find out any more info on the Narrowband A/F?

From what I can gather, the Widebands are a lot more accurate (and $$$) than a Narrowband...but since a Narrowband is just reading the voltage from the O2 sensor, I am interested to hear how it could mess with the ECU.
