We were having problems with the car not hooking as good that night. The previous weekend we had a best 60ft of a 1.89, we had all 20" wheels on it then.

The car would hook, shift to second and wheel hop. They really didnt have it preped to well. When I took off the car bogged real hard, my foot slipped off the gas and then it launched again. I didnt spray it till second gear. If you listen real close in the video, you can hear it when I spray it.

Not to mention, the pass prior to this one, the clutch thought it had seen its last days. These bigs ass wheels kill the clutches if you dont dump it off the line.

Thats one thing we're fighting to not break with the cars around already breaking half shafts and tranny's. Leave around 3500-4000, slip the clutch till it moves and then let it out till it stops bogging. Its hard on the clutch I know, but I would rather replace it then HARD parts like people are breaking. All passes are made with traction controll off.
