I had similar issues to your but it didn't have much issue with the dealer but more the financing methods they use. I got approved for 25k at a credit union and did not want to dish out 7.5k as a down payment so I went to a dealership. No big deal, right if a credit union gives me 25k you would expect the dealer to work and try and get me atleast 30k and I would put down 2.5k on top of the 1k I put down at ordering. But no luck, so I had to get my uncle involved who has exceptional credit and go back to the credit union and see if my credit limit will be increased with a solid co-sgner and I can go ahead and actually own my car. Although, the car is sitting in my driveway and I have the keys it isn't mine completely. But I will make sure that tomorrow I go get the loan approved and signed. Slap the paperwork on the dealers desk, grab the other key fob, and peel out of the lot.
