I've wonder if the V is valid for the engine even though it is at http://service.gm.com/dealerworld/vi.../vincard09.pdf . I've tried other engine letters but still haven't found any LS or LT cars.

A couple of times today I've search for an SS after sequence #349 but haven't found any yet.

I guess I need to be patient for more data to be available for search at http://www.chevrolet.com/ws/nvlWindowSticker.cv?VIN= .

Here's the updated #5 codes for LS/LTs...

“E” for 1LS man (1EE37) - unconfirmed but i think it's right
"A" for 1LS auto - confirmed black LS from official black thread
“F” for 1LT (1EF37)
? for 1LT auto
“H” for 2LT man (1EH37)
"C" for 2LT auto - yours truly from jax show

Anybody know of any 1LT auto's runnin around to pull a VIN from?

Easiest way... Go here http://camaro.spasticsquirrel.com/ click on the 2ss (auto or manual) link. Search for your dealer's name (ctrl+f).
