I have been twin turboed for almost 3 Years now... daily driving it (except in winter of course). Cars loves it.
Turbos are perfect for a daily because under normal driving conditions the car drives like a stock n/a car. But you give it a little more throttle and it comes alive.
When running boost just make sure its tuned right and you will have nothing to worry about.
