Yes, that seems to be the case.
Considering that, and the fact that it goes for 2000 AUD (about 1600 american dollars) I'm not sure it would be a worthwhile mod for the price. Plus, I'm not entirely convinced that the same gains couldn't be realized by porting the stock intake manifold.
