Yes you can. I decided on getting mine installed from my dealer after speaking with the installer directly. After seeing some of his work on other cars I was sold. Plus I know if anything goes wrong they will replace/reinstall with no questions asked.
I checked out about 5 places in my area and asked a ton of questions. Ultimately my dealer's installer was the one who was the best fit for me. Proximity to home, price, prior work, experience, lifetime warranty (that I
know would be honored) etc.
1 last thing with the Dealers, ask them if their installer works on staff or is contracted from the outside. If it is a contracted guy, is it always the same person.
