Often new cars come from the factory without a sticker. For whatever reason it wasn 't ready when the car was built. It will be mailed to the dealership and will usually show when the car gets there or soon after.
So every knows you can order a replacement window sticker from GM for your vehicle if yours was damaged. it will be indentical to the original. Just ask your dealer to order one.
