Surprisingly few parts. An install kit would need to include some seals, but not new bearings. Gear lube.

The skill part comes into play when the tech sets up the gear set. Through adjustments and or shims, the contact area in the R & P has to pattern just right or the rear end is going to be noisy and won't wear correctly. Likely the tech will paint the gear teeth with Prussian blue to analyze the contact pattern so it can be made right.

Labor seems about right, but I haven't torn one of these down, so I couldn't say for sure.
