From what Apple has told us, the iPhone will support connecting to two separate Bluetooth nodes simultaneously, but it'll just be something that we'll test once the 3.0 software comes out.
Yeah, it's definitely not the ideal solution, but just what we had to do to get it in here with the timing.
I'm not sure about the next-gen for phone. That's a different group working on that module.
