Now that our shuttle program is gone, we need to start working on this.
Yes, I know it's not the shuttle...but I'm all about expansion into space. This means getting population on the Moon, Mars, and eventually out to some of the moons of Jupiter.
This is really the first step to getting out of our gravity well cheaply and effeciently.
