Stealership= Spradley Chevrolet in Pueblo Colorado ( Very overpriced in products and services. Knowledge as far as service department and services, very poor. Couldn't find the problem in 3 tries of the fix. Customer service is slow and very unattentive. Threw parts at car in attempt to fix the problem and still didn't fix it. Parts were ordered and forgotten to call me when they were in. Parts were sent back and had to be re-ordered. Paint issue was not going to be taken care of until I had to prove it was a manufacture problem.)

Promised some things and never made good on them. The Sales manager was constantly dodging my phone calls. They were only good at "taking care of you" until you filled out the comment card. I've heard others mentioned they had bad service there from the service department, but I cannot confirm from personal experience.

Lee Johnson -
This is the dealership I started taking my Camaro to after the experience I got from Good Chev. So far, I've only had the chance to deal with the service department, but I've been well taken care of there and they do excellent customer service.

Sunset Chevrolet -
No personal experience there, but just about everyone I've known that had purchased their vehicle there, raves about their customer service in both sales and service, before and after the sale.. Often resulting in that customer purchasing other vehicles from them.
