Just got a copy. #090207: Service Update for Inventory and Customer Vehicles-HVAC Reprogram, Engine Harness Position Inspection, Rear Spoiler Fasteners.
Vehicles Involved: VINs A9000001-A9136648
The HVAC reprogram is to take care of a noise from behind the dash. This is described in service bulletin as a gurgling noise.
My service manager has warned me that he heard a few cars have suffered further damage to the HVAC system after the reprogram and he expects GM to release another program in the next week or so.
