Wavetrac Diff, Fluid compatibility
I am running a Wavetrac Diff in my 9". For now I just have some elcheapo 80/90 Walmart gear oil in there. Would like to replace it with some nice synthetic in about 250 more miles. They state not to run Redline Shockproof or any similar oil as it will void the warranty. Any of the other Redline oils are approved. Everything I can find in the local parts stores says its for limited slip which is not reccomended for this diff. Just wondering if anyone has had experience with this diff and running a nice oil in it. Thanks in advance!
