A turbo doesn't need a big stall for starters. Turbos need engine load to spool quicker. I think you'd have better results with a 2800 personally. Stall speed should be about 500-800 below peak tq. A stock LS3 makes peak tq at like 4200 and I'm quite sure that the turbos are making a whole lot more tq down lower than n/a. That is a big stall though and you are gonna have a hell of a hard time getting that thing to hook on the street.
