Understood, but chase is probably the wrong word. Myself, and others who witnessed his hit and run on me, followed him to get the license plate number identified. I was several hundred yards behind him the whole time. He wasn't running because he hit me, he was running because of whatever he was involved with prior to the incident. My passenger was on the phone with the police the entire time.
