Leaf blower idea

Alright, so a few weeks ago I asked how to get rid of and or prevent the water spots. I got a few helpful ideas, but one in particular just made it worst. Today was about 50 degrees with overcast. After washing the car, I used my new leaf blower. All this did was take a droplet of water and separted them into 20 tinier water droplets that dried much quicker. After I was done drying it off the best I could I had to grab some McGuiers Quick Detailer to get rid of these water spots.
