It's when they agree to a price with someone who has preordered and then jack it up after the fact breaking the agreement....verbal or written it doesn't matter that is bad business.

The problem is they are bankrupt and the Japanese, Koreans, Ford and others are dumping cheap sports coupes and gouging for an LS hurts more than the dealer it hurts GM's ablity to retain market share.
