And if that doesn't work, go right to your salesman IN PERSON and
TELL him he has to help you. If not, then you are going to write GM a nice little letter about the stage of events, naming the salesman and the dealership in the letter.
Let the salesman and the manger know that you are doing this. (They should be helping you right away after hearing that.) If not, then do write to GM and explain the events that have taken place and like I said, name the salesman, manager, the dealership by name, and include your pics of the car with the bubbles in the stripes.
