Does anyone have part numbers or a link to the correct fittings to install a transmission cooler?

I need the correct fitting that "plugs" into the radiator and the correct fitting that would "plug" (for lack of a better term) into the line that used to connect to the radiator.

I would prefer them to have -AN on one side, but pushloc or NPT would work.
