I used Rust-oleum paint for plastic that they sell at autozone. It matched fairly well I think.

Estimated load and cut time 1 minute. The biggest problem is cost. Not sure how much the emblem is from gm thought about buying 100 of them...but, bowtie delete peice seems expensive at $40, plus paint. If I have enough interest I could spend the money. The other problem is making a jig so that the part does not move around while getting cut. Could take some thinking.
Never thought about the rear, that may be a bit easier to do.

Yea the delete is a pain in the ass. I honestly can't believe that piece is $40.
