Battery is in the trunk, under the trunk mat. Take off the black cable and let it sit for 20 minutes. Then reconnect it.
If that does not fix it, take it to ANY Chevy dealer, doesn't matter who since it's all warranty work.
At the very minimum you can call OnStar and they can give you a diagnostic as well.
