Have not experienced this on my Camaro, but on another car it came down to crappy tires. Not even road force balancing would make it go away, but all is well with new tires.
As for flat spotting of OEM P-zeros: nonsense. My Camaro has sat through three winters, not moving for 6 months, and flat spotting goes away after a few hundred yards.
