It is hard on a test drive to really feel what this car has. i mean did you really hit any 30mph corners at 90mph?
There are some of the parts that are expensive as well the carbon heat extractor comes to mind.
If things like this are not important/appealing the zl1 is kind of overpriced. After riding in a zr1 I became a fan of the mag ride. It was just better than my z06 in every way.

A friend of mine had an 06 Z06 and swore he would never buy another one because it was so rough on his back. Well after I took him for a ride in my ZL1 and he felt the mag suspension do its magic, he went a week later and bought a new Z06.
