I think a lot of the OP problem and probably many of the DIY'ers in the thread is that you are only doing part of the job. You should never turn rotors and then put the same pads back on the car.....then you should never replace the pads without turning the rotors and last but not least I wouldn't turn the rotors more than once personally.

Second when you are installing the pads you need to make sure that everything is ultra clean....especially the rotors. Most people will hit the rotors with brake clean and call it good. The proper way to do it is to WASH the rotors in soap and water and then dry them off completely.

You also need to make sure you lube all of the slides and CLEAN all of the hardware. If I were OP I would buy new pads and new rotors and either install them yourself or take them to a quality shop that will do the work correctly.
