I can't really speak to the exact question since im not an OE motor. But from lots of snooping. I thing the best bang for the buck, with the best future capability is the AGP twin setup with S256 turbos. Easily 650-700 on the stock bottom with some fuel upgrades.
Then 800 or so is easy with a cam and a little more fuel.
If i had it to do over again......no question AGP TT
