That dip has to do with timing....if u look at the stock timing tables there is a small dip right around 4,100 RPM's. I had the same thing on my car when i went to the dyno, created a small "dip" in the timing table and it worked like a charm!

Look at just about any dyno graph of a untuned 10+ Camaro and you'll see that dip. I seem to remember Jannetty saying it was the point in which Tq management turns completely off.
