I've never seen a printout like that. Like I think Txturbo is talking about, most of us have an Order Workbench printout that looks nothing like that. Order Workbench is, I thought, how all orders are submitted, so why your printout would look different is unclear, but I would definitely ask your dealer for the Workbench printout which contains the most important thing - your order number.
