Be sure to inspect the right side thoroughly. Open the door check the jamb out. Check EVERYTHING's alignment. Interior panels, door and fender (other than the note at the bottom), pop the hood and look to see if the shock tower had any damage to it. Also remove the spare tire cover (same as the 3rd gen) and check for any repair work done to the quarter panel.

I would pay probably $6500-$7500 depending how bad I wanted it. I got my 99 last year with 130K on it for $4600.00. It needed about $600 dollars worth of parts and it runs beautifully. Keep in mind it seemed like it was quite neglected. (common stuff brakes, shocks, water pump, plugs!, wires!, drivers power window motor)

Note: Its real easy for a lazy mechanic to bow the bottom of the fenders out near the doors. It appears that car has them bent a little bit. It is a real easy fix just have to bend the bracket back to its original position and be careful jacking it next time.
